Wrap Around Packer

The RECOPAK Intermittent Wraparound Case Packer caters for speeds of up to 20 cases per minute – pending product details
and formats and is an intermittent motion machine able to pack bottles, jars, cans or packets into wraparound style cases.

The Wrap Around Case Packer features an individually designed product infeed system to meet customer specific requirements.

Bag In Box

The Recopak Bag in Box system is specifically designed to cater for a large range of bladder filled applications.

The Recopak Bag in Box machine will erect a cask (box), load the filled bladder into the box in the correct orientation, then close and seal the top and bottom flaps
with hotmelt. Handling overlapping major flaps.

This system can be directly integrated with most filling machines (e.g. Scholle, Raypak, Flex pack Systems).

Catering for applications from 2 to 10 litre standard, other sizes available upon request.

Applications include – Wine, Water, Oil, Juice and Dairy just to name a few.

MultiPacker

The Recopak Multipacker is a combination Basket Packer and Neck through Wrap Packer with Hot Melt glued base is unique to the market.
This semi automatic machine is capable of handling both baskets and wraps with speeds of up to 30 packs per minute.

Straight through operation for loose product is at the touch of a button.
NO external bypass conveyors are necessary.

Case Erector – Erect & Seal

The RECOPAK range of automatic case erectors are an inline style machine which are designed to supply erected bottom hot melt sealed cases on demand.
Stainless Steel construction promotes an aesthetically pleasing appearance as well as satisfying the standard requirements of the food industry.
The design allows easy operator access to both sides of the machine, featuring electrically interlocked gull wing guarding.
As an option, an extended capacity magazine provides longer running times without operator interaction.

Case Sealer with Lid Lifter

The RECOPAK range of hotmelt Case Sealers are all fitted with a fully automatic infeed system and top flap closing.

Each RECOPAK model is designed with its own unique type of top compression, ensuring an intimate hotmelt seal to suit different speeds and applications.

De-Palletiser

The RECOPAK range of de-palletisers offers a reduction in labour costs, increase your productivity
and most importantly eliminate any issues with occupational health and safety.

Our Fully Automatic De-Palletising solutions provide continuous operation for your de-palletising process.

Increasing the efficiency of your workplace and reducing the outgoings is the aim of any business and RECOPAK have your total de-palletising solutions.

A typical De-Palletising system operates by:

• Automatically introducing containers via a pallet into the machine;
• Lift the pallet into position;
• Remove and stack a top layer sheet onto a layer sheet collection deck area;
• Allow a sweeper arm to sweep the top layer of containers from the pallet onto the infeed accumulation conveyor,
• Move the containers forward allowing them to be introduced to a single lane outfeed conveyor evenly;
• Lower empty pallets to then exit via a gate allowing them to then be transferred and stacked into a pallet outfeed collection bay, awaiting removal by a forklift.

Hand De-Palletiser

Including a HAND DEPAL to a Fully Automatic Depal system is something most clients don’t consider, at RECOPAK we consider it to be a vital part of their production line. The simple reason is that you can transfer product containers onto the Hand Depal accumulation table that infeeds the production line at any time whilst the Auto Depal is in Service Mode, Inoperative or when you may be producing a non standard item.

A typical Hand De-Palletiser system operates by:

• Accumulating product containers on a large infeed conveyor;
• Move the product containers forward allowing them to be introduced to a single lane outfeed conveyor evenly;
• Present the product containers to the production line via a single/multi lane infeed system.

Elevator / Lowerator

When you require to transfer product from one floor level to the next (either up or down) or you need to ensure that your product containers are free from contaminants then an Elevator/Lowerator Rinser is the solution.

Without using the Rinser we can easily transfer your product up or down to suit your production needs.

If you require to Rinse the product containers with either Air or Water then our Lowerator/Elevator Rinser systems can include Air or Water systems to blow/wash/rinse your product containers, ensuring they are totally free of any contaminants.
